Cancellation policy

Time is energy, and our mutual commitment is valuable. Honoring this policy ensures fairness and efficiency for all clients.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Hillery requires 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel your appointment.
  • Contact Method: Please notify us via email or phone call (text messages are not accepted for cancellations).
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the missed appointment.
  • Exceptions: The only exceptions to the cancellation fee are cases of inclement weather or contagious illness.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive on time or a few minutes early to allow for a smooth transition.
  • Session Length: If you arrive late, we will utilize the remaining time in your scheduled session. Out of consideration for the next client, your session will not be extended.
  • No-Show Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, your appointment will be considered a No-Show.
  • No-Show Fee: No-Shows will be charged the full cost of the missed appointment.

Gift Certificate Policy

  • Hillery discontinued the sale of all Gift Certificates as of December 2025.
  • Gift Certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • Gift Certificates are transferable only with prior permission from Hillery.
